Print error: If there's a defect in the print quality or design, we'll offer a reprint or a full refund.
Lost or damaged item: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll work with you to get a replacement or issue a full refund.

For non-personalized items, simply follow these steps to return your order:
Locate your order confirmation email and reply to it with your return request.
Repack the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible).
Ship the return to the address provided in the reply email.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The original shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
